Your time with me is your time to decompress, and I find that in addition to having a great workout we also work through what’s going on around you and things you may need to get off of your chest. I practice confidentiality and truly care about you and your health and happiness.
I am a certified Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor Sports Nutrition Specialist, and Integrative Life Coach. Over the past 11 years I have helped hundreds of people life healthier, happier lives. I have worked with moms, students, athletes, professionals, and more from ages 12-94!
We have a very active family who play sports, snowboard, wake surf, hunt and more … Pilates is a fabulous addition to all these activities and more!
During my private sessions I use my training and experience and apply it to the body in front of me. All of my private sessions are personalized to my client and their goals. As a trainer my focus is keeping my clients safe, helping them stay in alignment while practicing Pilates, challenging them in new ways, and having fun!
But I wasn’t always this way.
When I delivered our youngest son in 2003 I weighed 170 lbs and decided that I needed to take my health more seriously for me and my family.
So I started my journey in health and wellness and I found so much happiness with my new fitness and nutrition routine, and it all blossomed from there. The more I learned, the more I wanted to share with others. After a few years I decided to take my passion to the next level and I got certified to teach Group Fitness classes. It has been non-stop since then.

Over the years I have personally tried almost every method of exercise and fell head over heels in love with Pilates. I went into the studio with my daughter because her doctor suggested it due to back pain. To be honest I went into my intro class skeptical because I have always loved fasted paced exercises and power moves. My opinion changed very quickly after a few classes. Pilates has so much to offer, and it is a hidden gem that gets better the more that you practice it. Teaching Pilates allows me to share that passion with my clients and the ripple effect of their health and happiness is widespread.
On a more personal level...
My husband and I have been together for 35 years, and we have 4 amazing kids (all adults now). When my kids were little I had the blessing to primarily be a stay at home mom while teaching group fitness, training, and learning more about the health and fitness industry when time allowed. Now that my kids are grown, my Pilates practice has grown significantly.
My private studio next to my home in North Mesa, AZ. I offer personalized Pilates training, but I have a wealth of knowledge and experience to bring into the studio, so I add a modern flare to classical Pilates. I am a form/technique junkie and enjoy educating my clients as I guide them through the movements of Pilates. I truly believe MOTION IS LOTION!
